Owns the core game vision and design documents.
Oversees gameplay balance, features, and player experience.
Coordinates with Developer and Artist to ensure cohesive implementation.
Topshotta - Co-Founder & Developer
Responsibilities:
Sets company vision and long-term goals.
Oversees high-level operations and interdepartmental alignment.
Makes final decisions on product, partnerships, and growth direction.
Often acts as the public face of the company.
ZK.Gene - Co-Founder & Developer
Responsibilities:
Leads the development team (engineers, programmers).
Owns codebase, dev roadmap, and infrastructure.
Collaborates with Game Designer to implement features.
Ensures scalability, performance, and security.
AfroSamurai - Community & Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Builds and moderates community channels (Discord, forums, etc.).
Gathers user feedback and communicates it to the team.
Manages timelines, task prioritization, and team coordination.
Acts as the bridge between community and development.
Rusenatis Artist
Responsibilities:
Designs characters, environments, UI/UX.
Works with Game Designer and Developer to match aesthetics to gameplay.
Owns brand visuals and creative consistency.
Muni Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
Crafts and executes marketing strategy.
Manages social media, PR, campaigns, and user acquisition.
Coordinates with Community Manager for outreach and retention.
Analyzes analytics and adapts marketing efforts.
